Guiding Company
The Mountain Skills Academy provides specially designed courses for mountain skills instruction in Rock Climbing, Alpine Climbing, Ice/Mixed Climbing, Backcountry Skiing, Mountaineering and Mountain Safety.
The Course Curriculum was designed through an international collaboration of certified guides. The MSA is an international alliance of mountain schools (MSA Providers), each representing a specific geographical area.
Hallmarks of the program include Guide Mentoring Technique, Fast Paced Instruction, and Low Participant to Guide Ratio, Building Block Modules, and Essential Situational Environment. These practices place MSA on the cutting edge of mountain skills instruction.
